EXCHANGE/ RETURN FORM

Dear valued customer,

We’re genuinely sorry that our product didn’t quite meet your expectations. We want to make things right, and that’s why we’ve set up this form – to make the exchange or return process as smooth as possible. Please trust us and hang in there, because your satisfaction truly matters to us.

1. Our return policy is simple – If you’re not happy with a perfume, Bakhoor, Attar, etc, you can return it.
2. Just keep in mind that it might take around 4-5 working days to process your request.
3. Feel free to return or exchange within 20 days from when you made the purchase.
4. The perfume should have about 90% of its content left in the bottle, to keep things fair.
5. Unfortunately, samples and tester bottles can’t join the return or exchange party. They’re kind of like the shy ones at the gathering.
